Shipping & Delivery Policy
The products available on our website are not stored in the UK and are shipped directly from our overseas manufacturers.
The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 working days, although this may vary due to factors such as customs duties or VAT (payable by the customer), strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. We guarantee delivery within a maximum of 90 days from the purchase date. If this timeframe is not met, the customer may request a full refund with no conditions.
All products are shipped under proper supervision and delivered to the destination city. Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 7 working days, unless there are shipping issues from the supplier. Orders can be tracked from dispatch to final delivery.
Delivery is carried out by Royal Mail. In cases such as absent recipients or restricted delivery areas, Royal Mail may leave a “Something for you” card for collection at the nearest depot. If your order includes two or more items, they may be shipped separately, and each parcel will have its own tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 7 working days after receiving the code.
The customer is responsible for checking the delivery address before completing the purchase. In cases of returns due to incorrect or incomplete address details, responsibility lies solely with the customer. If delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be held at the local depot for collection; if not collected, it will be returned to the sender abroad.
